All online sales are final. Hand & Foot Company does not accept any exchanges or returns. Products damaged during shipping cannot be returned to Hand & Foot Company. We guarantee that all orders leaving our warehouses are properly packaged to protect the product during shipping. In case your ordered product arrives damaged, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) within 5 business days after receipt of your package for a claim. UPS will then contact us to expedite a new shipment.

Please note that all orders will be subject to an additional $4.95 processing and handling fee. We reserve the right to cancel orders automatically without notice in case credit card details are incomplete, incorrect or the card is declined. We do not ship outside the United States of America.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Hand & Foot Gift Certificates are available in all denominations of $25 and up. Please Call 305-668-0504 to order. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Products purchased with the Hand & Foot Gift Certificate are subject to same General Merchandise conditions as described above. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed towards products available in the Hand & Foot online store, and not be used to cover sales tax or shipping and handling costs. We do not charge an additional processing and handling fee for the purchase of Gift Certificates.
